We are using webMethods 6.0.1 and LDAP for authentication. When I click the IS Console > Security > Users and Groups, it’s not responding. But sometimes if I restart the server, its working. Please advise how to overcome this issue. thanks
Was there a restart on the LDAP server side with out a restart on the IS?
Its been a while and I do not rem if there was a cache timeout (for LDAP) setting available in the 6.0.1 server, Can you check the connection settings or the documentation for this?
