Hi,
We are using webMethods Mediator to monitor virtual services and it alerts when the service is unavailable.
Also Command Central Application is used monitor the webMethods Applications (Integration Server, Mediator, MWS, UM, CentraSite)
Need to know if Mediator and Command Central can be integrated with HP SM (Service Manager) which is a ticket management tool.
Please let us if its possible and if not, please check if there is a possible to integrate Mediator, Command Central can be integrated with OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) 12c
Kindly check on this and provide the information.
