I have the following problem when I try to install Natural 6.3.10.0 on OpenSuse 11.4 :
After executing the setup.ux (graphic mode as well as console) on CD and some inputs regarding folders and packages
(Natural and Natural Security) to install I get this error message :
The mountpoint ‘/media/cdrom/’ does not have Natural program files package :
No archive found with basename nat.
Retry, Cancel?
I also tried to copy the contents of the CD to a local folder to overcome mount-problems, but that didn’t help.
After some searching among the contents of the CD I found a nat.tgz package…
Btw : Installation of Adabas 6.3.0 and Adabas Manager 7.7.3 worked perfectly just before I tried Natural.
Has anybody else already encountered such a problem and maybe has a solution?
Unfortunately the OS is OpenSuse 11.4 32bit and the Natural installation medium states on top that it is also 32bit (SLES 11 x86-32).
In the folder structure of the CD I found several subfolders “…32b”, not a single “…64b”. So it really looks like OS and Natural are 32bit.
I had a look to the protocol file NATv63100Inst.log :

Do you know, what is meant by “Natural program files package” and how I could supply their folders manually? Because I found .tgz files describing exactly what seems to be missing.
