I can't see the MWS page after logging in

DB team has done cleaning activity after the activity MWS got corrupted. Below are exceptions.

  1. [POP.003.0025] administrator cannot view the content of Editable Behavior.

  2. [POP.001.0002] A “java.lang.NullPointerException” occurred with the Message “at com.webmethods.portal.mech.storage.page.PortletHelper.getTitlebar(PortletHelper.java:844)”

what exactly do you mean by “cleaning activities” by database team?

In the worst case you will have to uninstall MWS, drop and recreate database schema for MWS and then re-install MWS.

Usually there is no data in the MWS schema which needs cleaning except for Tasks and outdated users/groups/roles, but these should be cleaned up by either using MWS UI or scheduled IS services using the appropriate APIs.
