We have this unusual error w/ one of our TN partners. With content sized around 10K and above, data is received OK. If its smaller than this, connection is being lost. This is consistent regardless of data content.
The only this that is different w/ them is they do a HTTP 1.1 and do a connection close. All our other partners have connection : keep-alive.
We have done wireshark and data is good coming out of the server/firewall.
Partners are advising we increase ‘send timer’ but SAG support tells us there is no such setting in WM.
Has anyone worked w/ HTTPS 1.1 and close connection before?
