How to Use Static WSDL Any good books

I have just started using GLUE Enterprise 5.0.2. I need to specify custom SOAP headers in my WSDL, but can not figure out how to “override” the default behavior of runtime WSDL generation when I start the Glue server. Can I specify the path to a WSDL on the filesystem that I want my service to publish?

Also, are there any good reference materials that show how to use the GLUE API? The User Guide is somewhat thin in that regard.
