Can anyone tell me how to pass the documents from TN in wm6.5 to TN in wm7.x during migration from 6.x to 7.x?

You mean the existing transactional data that is already persisted in TN65 and want to see same in TN7.x? Once you follow upgrade/migrate TN DB instance per the documentation,data you should see it.
