I tried to login with my tenant id ,username, and password in my local host but its showing invalid credentials even though my credentials are correct

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?


What url is the start of your local server using?

The screenshot doesn’t show ‘Invalid credentials’ - can you post that screenshot?

You can check the command output, as it shows where it is proxying to:

Please check if you follow the documentation and use e.g.

c8ycli serve -u


And could you please share any tutorial videos for customizing the widget and testing that on a local machine before build?

This is Dev tools, but what do you enter in the UI input boxes?
