We copy Predict information inclusively DDMs/Views from one database to another by using Predict’s EXTRACT function. On the target environment (still mainframe), we change the FDT (GEN AF) by using SYSDIC.
Adabas Replicator does not support file changes between two Adabas databases if one database is located on the open system (bummer!).
Does the EXTRACT function have an exit (API), where we can see what changes are done ? Then we can maunally repeat all file changes on the open system site.
Any other recommendations?
