How to point Business console task link notification email ?

Hello Dears,

Is there any way to include the business console URL for task in the generated notification email ? By default, the generated view for task notification is pointing to the task URL and it will open the task in MWS, not in business console. What is the best way to achieve this ?

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

Hi Anish,

The Task Details can be accessed in Business Console with a direct URL in this format

From Whats Happening Now
http://:/business.console#/taskDetail////?tab=2&showChildTasks=false

From My Inbox
http://:/business.console#/inbox//My%20Inbox/taskDetail////?tab=2

You can construct a similar url in your notification and that can be used to open the Task Details directly.
