how to configure a custom portlet as default which is visible to every user logging in Business UI

Hi,

I am using CentraSite 9.9.
I need to configure custom portlets (using the existing data feeds) and this portlets (apart from Default portlets) should be visible to every user logging in Business UI.

For example:
Portlet Name: Asset Types
Bar Graph (it displays in the bar graph format)
X-Axis: Asset Type
Y-Axis: Count

Please let me know how to achieve this.
