How to add custom variables for searching in Analytic API Gateway

I’m Using API Gateway 10.7

I have a question regarding API gateway analytics
how to add custom variable field and we can search with that custom variable field in the analytic API Gateway?

More specifically, I want to create a custom variable and those variable can appear between the fields below
