Hi All,

Hot to configure an SMTP service in TN. We need to send an alert mail when an retry count reaches to 5.
Kindly let me know how to get rid of this issue. Thanks in advance

I assume you’re referring to the retry count of a delivery task.

You can configure TN to publish an IS document when a task fails. Refer to the TN User’s Guide for information.
