Help needed to write java service

Hi,
I need to write a Java service with the following
Input
1)Configruation property name

When I run this service i should get the names of all the services which use this Config property on this IS.

do u have the custom configuration adapter installed on IS?

I dont think so, suppose the config got from java call using Config.getProperty method
