Mainly built for the Small/Medium Scale Hospitals.
Receptionist enters the data about patient when they enter to hospital and assign them to Nurses to proceed basic test. Nurses then assign patient to providers(Doctors) for detailed test. Doctors just review the Nurse test to proceed with patient checkup.
When patient visits again in future days, there data will be already stored in databases. Receptionist just navigate to patient data and assign them to Nurses by clicking “Another visit” action button.
This application helps to store the data about patients problems for lifetime. And using this government can easily track the patients on Disease basis.
