getting started with CAF

Hi All,

I am pretty new to CAF. And unable to find any developer guide/tutorials which gives step by step approach to develop applications using CAF.

Can any one give me the link for any such document.

And second thing, from where I will get the IDE in which I will develop the CSF applications ?
