Getting https return code as 403 even though the post was do

Hi,
I am facing a problem in developer where a https post being done to a remote server returns a error code of 403 even though the data was posted. (Certificates are OK, I am persisting the incoming data at the other server and can see the persisted file).Could anyone suggest why the 403 return code is coming. I am getting ‘200 Success’ code during http post although.

 Could you convey the remedy you took for the error code 403 when using https, plz.
