Flat File Dictionary Creation with a 1-character fixed lengt

I am attempting to create a schema in Developer 6.1 which will convert an Excel generated CSV file into a fixed length flat file.

Can’t check now but I would say a 1_length field should be 83-84

Could you please share the solution? With this approach that end = start +1, I am not sure what would be the start for next field.

I am stuck in the middle of my development. Please share the solution soon get chance.
