I have been tasked to try and port create a dashboard of sorts that will report certain webMethods data i.e., completed/failed process and problems to a separate monitor in a Helpdesk area for visibility. I am using wM 7.1.2 and have Optimize for Process and Optimize for Infrastructure installed. Any insight would be appreciated.

I’m not getting any data into the AE ino the “How am I doing” area and I need to port this out to an external monitor that will be on 24/7. Thanks for your response.
What is the other monitoring package? There are one or two that provide wM plug-ins/modules. wM components also support SNMP which can be monitored by a 3rd party package.
