Any idea about the below error regarding cannot find skin.properties file?

It seems to be installatation problem. Try uninstall and install the component(don’t reconfigure). Once you done with the installation run Database Component Configurator for My webMethods Server component, then start the MWS server

I also had smililar problem. It got resolved when I recreated tablespace and all the tables using DBconfigurator
