Error - there is no integration server or proxy server not available

Hi

I need some help to connect my IS. my IS working but I’m not able to connect my server in Designer and getting error(there is no integration server or proxy server not available) .
Previously I were able to connect it .And
Note: its not default server (localhost:5555).
Can you guide me to connect to my server.
