Hello, my college has made a backup from a database that I wanted to create on my Tamino. I have received an error called “Terminator of backup copy not found”. Could you tell me what could be the cause of the error. My college has Tamino version 4.2.1.1 and I have 4.2.1.7. Regards
Hello, It looks as if the backup file is not complete. This could be because the file was moved or copied unsuccessfully, or perhaps because the original backup failed part-way through. Please ask your colleague to check the output from the backup and make sure it ended normally. If the backup looks OK but you still cannot restore a new copy of the backed-up database to your system, I suggest you raise a Support request with your local Software AG Customer Support Centre.
