Error on server startup

Hi

When i start the IS server, i get the error as pasted below. My broker is also configured and server is started.

No other errors are shown on startup.

when i try to open the broker admin page, nothing opens up and browser gets hung.

Could u plz help me

You seem to have access problems with the WmBrokerAdmin package. Who is the user starting the server? Is this user in the group which is defined to have access to the package? (Check this in developer when selecting the package or through package management).
