Error message from TN - regarding connection to database

Hi,

I got the following error for a transaction in TN.

com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (errno:239)

Is there any error guide that lists out these ServiceExceptions?

Could someone post the link?

A ConnectionException occurs when attempting to open a socket to a remote host:port and the host is not listening on that port or is currently not accepting connections.
