Error loading Keystore that has been provided by Bank

Hi,
I’m trying to load a KeyStore file provided by the bank in the Admin, but, I am getting the following error:

Error: cannot load the keystore for alias _Wibs’. Details: attempt to initialize keystore using location(/u01/app/webMethods8_dev/IntegrationServer/config/security/keystore/_******_WIBS-STP_Support_887585504.jks) failed.

I've increased the level of logging, but, there's nothing specific that I can find in the server log.

 Would anyone be able to give me some ideas of what to look for/at ??

try to use some other tools to open the file.
for example: KeyStore Explorer
it’s free

if it’s not a valid jks file, it will tell you.
