I am receiving the following many errors in the serverlog.

[ISS.0098.0061I] No condition matches in trigger aaaaaaaaaaaaa.triggers:mbfbbbbbbbbbbTrigger for document cccccc with activation wmaaww213.1232…

Can you please let me know what the reason could be?
