EQUIVALENT TO AN ADAOPR DISP = HIGHWATER, BUT IN ADABAS MAINFRAME

Can someone help? in ADABAS UNIX you can use ADAOPR db = XX disp = highwater, but now I want to use it in SO Z / OS for ADABAS, do you know if there is something similar in the Mainframe ?.

Yes there is.

You can do this with the utility ADADBS:
ADADBS OPERCOM DRES

If you have access to the system console you could enter the operator command

F ,DRES

And if the site has Adabas Online Services installed you could get the High-Water-Marks from there.
