Stopped P67RTM9, begain flooding console as soon as it restarted

P19RAA3 also high spool, stopped P19RAA3

messages have stopped flooding console, P19RAA3 still stopped.

Sounds like your UEX2 or UEX12 is not configured to copy command logs. You won’t get these messages if you either fix this or change your monitoring tool to suppress physically writing command logs to your DDCLOGRx dataset (some monitoring tools have this capability).
