Email PayLoad is NULL

Hello Team

Could you please guide where I am doing wrong. I follow the below steps to get the email payload in webMethods version 9.8. Service input is mentioned as ‘contentStream’

  1. getTransportInfo
  2. CreateMimeData
  3. getBodyPartContent
  4. streamToString

The email payload is populated with NULL where as I am able to extract other information like Subject, To, From, etc.

Hi,

Do the email from which you retrieve has any attachments? If so, can you try without attachments and let us know.
