EJB is not showing up under Adapters

I installed EJB Adapter 1.2 for IS and selected both WLS
6.X and JBoss 3.03 for future J2EE servers. In Administrator
UI, under adapters, EJB is not showing up to launch for
creating alias but I can still see it running fine in
package management. Have no idea how this came up and guess
something got messed up??? Anyone has similar problems???
Thanks a lot.

Hi, Jake. Not sure why this happened but maybe a refresh
is in order.

In any case, from the Package Management Web page, you can
click the house icon of the EJB adapter line item. That
will launch the configuration screens for you.

Hope this helps.

Jake,

In both IS 4.6 and IS 6.0 the EJB adapter shows up in the
adapters section of the IS Admin tool.

Perhaps there was an issue during your installation. You
can review the “EJBInstall.log” file in your integration
server’s installation folder to look for anything out of the
ordinary.

HTH,

Mark

I simply reinstalled IS with all adapters…and thanks for
all the help…

Hi All,
I m getting the following error, while enbling the EJB Adapter,

Adapters > EJB Adapter > ConnectionsError encountered [ART.118.5042] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to enable connection resource OUK_CM_JT_EJB.Connection:connCMJTMN2.[ART.118.5063] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to start connection OUK_CM_JT_EJB.Connection:connCMJTMN2: after 1 attempt(s).[ADA.640.3009] Failed to release InitialContextA communication failure occurred while attempting to obtain an initial context with the provider URL: “iiop://konig:2815”. Make sure that any bootstrap address information in the URL is correct and that the target name server is running. A bootstrap address with no port specification defaults to port 2809. Possible causes other than an incorrect bootstrap address or unavailable name server include the network environment and workstation network configuration.
Thanks in advance,
Atina
