Does WmEJBAdapter package after the installation is loaded properly? If yes, check the server.log for startup service (wm.ejbadapter.admin:startUp) errors. Just after instalation service end with error: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceSetupException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/ejb/RemoveException. The reason for this error is the lack of libraries, particularly jms.jar in IS classpath. You should also install an application server-specific libraries, for example, for WebLogic. List of required libraries and directories to which you can copy is in the EJB adapter installation documentation.
