Document Details Not opening in Transaction Analysis

Hello Guys,

I have installed wm8.2 TN console and installation was successful. When i run the query in TRANSACTION ANALYSIS its working fine but when i’m trying to open the document details its not opening and not even throwing any error… Guys please help me soon

To resolve the issue,What you need to do is place wm-mapi.jar file in the
SoftwareAG\common\lib (Where ever you installed your Developer/TNC tools)

And restart the TNC…you should be all set to view the documents.
