I played with various user/password combinations, and I was suprised that I could always log into my database. I’m using the ActiveX control with Tamino 3.1.1.1.
What does Tamino exactely require? I tried also with granting explicit permissions with the security manager. Still works…
Any suggestions? ren

The possible reason for this behaviour is that if Tamino sees a user id that is not known then the default action is to allow access to all collections. This default behaviour can be changed. I have commented on this a couple of times so I will just refer you to the appropiate threads.
