Creation of PAR files - 2A10 (RosettaNet)

Using DTD and the PIP tools, when we try creating the PAR files for 2A10, following error appears

Got Error:class com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException Message=
java.io.FileNotFoundException: …/RNTD/rntd.dtd (No such file or
directory)

… >>

Our guess for the error is that since the DTD files has a lot of recursive references. Has anybody come across such cases. Please help

Problem solved. This problem occurred because the PAR file was for 4.6 version. There is a SR in the advantage site that details out the solution.
