Could not load the service output template for html.tmpl

I selected flow service, rt clicked on “View as html” and I got the following error:
Could not load the service output template for ‘html.tmpl’.[ITU.0001.0003] The system cannot find the specified file.

How do I specify the output template for ‘html.tmpl’. This happend when I downloaded Firefox and made that as default browser instead of IE.

A fix for this issue,pls see this SR in the advantage website.

If the issue still didnt fixed then force it to open in IE.

How can I force it to open in IE? Is there any wm property or configuration that I need to change to use IE?
