Continuous Deployment with GIT and Jenkins

Hi All,

I am looking for some CI/CD implementation using Git as repository and taking build using Jenkins. Can anyone please suggest how to store in Git from IS services using commit.

I am doing this for POC purpose , so please suggest if something is more better way.
