Connection Factory Monitoring

Hi

While creating a JMS connection alias we can check whether we want to monitor webMethods connection factory or not. Is it the same like UM connection factory. If we are going to push message on UM queue will it monitor the UM Queue CONNECTION factory. Can anyone explain this so that I can decide whether I should monitor or not.

AFAIK this is only applicable to Broker. See below:

“This only applies if a JMS connection alias connects to the webMethods Broker using a webMethods Connection Factory object in a
JNDI server.”

For your BSST you can just uncheck this option
