As part of cockpit dashboard, able to display details in graphical format. As per documentation, we can define some range for Yellow and Red regions. Do we have a scope to display some text in these regions ?

There are default widgets which can show graphical representation of data. Widgets like Info gauge and Radial gauge uses these Yellow or Red Ranges but there is no option to display texts.
You may want create your own custom widget . Of you explain your requirement in more details , we can provide more info. btw… below is link for all default widgets , see anyone of them fulfills your requirement.
