Hi,
I have 3 UM instances on my UM cluster.
I am unable to add any new Connection factory from the Enterprise Manager.
When I try to add in UM, there is nothing happening. No new entries in the log also.
I tried to add via the Command Central, I get the below error.

An error occurred while retrieving JNDI connection factory Universal-Messaging-persistent_small_01 for Universal Messaging server LbPsNspConnectionFactory. Caused by: Message: Internal lookup failed for name=LbPsNspConnectionFactory Caused by: Message: Name not found during lookup for LbPsNspConnectionFactory
However, I can add on a standalone UM before I add it to the cluster.
Once I add it to cluster, I am no longer able to add new Connection Factories.
