in casabac 4.0 it is possible to set the display format in cdaytime with convertHHMMSSIntoDisplayString
thats nice 
but it seems not to be possible to set this format for all models as it is possible with model.setDateDisplay
any workaround for this??

The “original” place to set the intenationalization/format/language things is by calling findCISSession (4.0: findCasabacSession). Model.setTimeDisplay() does nothing else then calling the session and setting the parameter there.
