Cant open webMethods IS server log and error log

is there anything related to this when viewing the server.log file manually on disk or via the older WmRoot admin pages instead of using the newer WmAdmin admin pages?

yes the on disk server.log file and WmRoot work just fine thank you.
any idea to make it works in the newer WmAdmin admin pages other than reinstalling?

Hi Lukisan,

unfortunately, I have never worked that deep with such a version as we had to retire our project for other reasons before we could upgrade to such a version.

But you might want to check the IS Administrators Guide for further informations.
Eventually you have missed some configurations somewhere which make the invocation behind the succes fail.

“Unkonwn error” is quite unspecific error message, therefore I hoped that looking up the logs via other ways might reveal a bit more specific error message here.

I had that same error when we upgraded. Turns out the browser extension uBlock Origin’s filtering rules blocks the IS logs HTTP requests. If you have any ad blockers, try turning them off for the site.
