When clicking “Open” to access my webMethods.io Integration Environment the web page just keeps on loading forever without opening the environment.

Works for me too. Run a traceroute and check where it is blocked. Try a different network/terminal and compare the results. Better check firewall and dns settings as well.
The issue is not with the login page, the issue is that when logged in, or when in the admin ui, it cannot be opened. It loads forever.
I tired another tenant from my laptop and that works fine, it’s just this ssh tenant.
Did you try opening it in a different computer? If it is not loading in another terminal either, it is probably something we can’t fix ourselves. I am not sure if webMethods team still checks tech community. Try creating a topic in IBM tech exchange. ibm tech exchance
You can also check the network tab in your browser’s console and see if any queries to any service is blocked anywhere. This is unlikely though since you are able to open another tennant.
