webMethods.io Integration
When clicking “Open” to access my webMethods.io Integration Environment the web page just keeps on loading forever without opening the environment.
my environment is nucleusit.mycloud-us-west-2.softwareag.cloud
No error messages are shown.

Try using incognito/private mode. If it works, clear cookies and offline data and try again.
Thanks for the suggestion. It does not make a difference. I tried other browsers too, it just loads endlessly

this is the URL i was using anyways (aws instead of aw) .
can you provide the exact url here ?
my one would be:
https://ssh.int-aws-de.webmethods.io/
Works for me too. Run a traceroute and check where it is blocked. Try a different network/terminal and compare the results. Better check firewall and dns settings as well.
The issue is not with the login page, the issue is that when logged in, or when in the admin ui, it cannot be opened. It loads forever.
I tired another tenant from my laptop and that works fine, it’s just this ssh tenant.
Any other idea?
Did you try opening it in a different computer? If it is not loading in another terminal either, it is probably something we can’t fix ourselves. I am not sure if webMethods team still checks tech community. Try creating a topic in IBM tech exchange.

You can also check the network tab in your browser’s console and see if any queries to any service is blocked anywhere. This is unlikely though since you are able to open another tennant.
