Broker not able start

Broker not able start , i can see below errors in logs
/var/opt/webmethods7/logs

Storage max cache = 1024
Storage max cache = 1024
Storage max cache = 1024
Storage max cache = 1024
Storage max cache = 1024
Storage max cache = 1024
Please let me know how get this resolve and start the broker in AIX box
