I have installed webMethods 10.1 1 trial version, I am not getting the perspective of process developer.
How I can enable it in my Designer?

When you say trial version ? You mean the “try free” download from this site ?
If so, it doesn’t include BPM. You will instead have to download our installer from our empower website and install using your empower credentials.
