Best practices are compilation of insights of how most of the companies setup their processes and these are usually premium stuff. They’re billable and under the scope of professional services.

In very rare cases, it’ll be difficult to get it for free.

I would suggest you engaged reputable third party consulting companies or SAG professional service to ask for help on this.
