We are busy evaluating the centrasite 3.18 application and we have two issues that need to be addressed.
Does the application have backup facility to backup the data ?
If we need to connect this application to an external database [MSSQL or Oracle ] where and how can it be configured so that a backup can be done ?

CentraSite allows to perform backups either by using the System Management Hub UI or from commandline using the argbatch tool.
