Is there a White paper on Automatically Increasing Associator or Data Storage Data Set Space. I need recommendations on the best method for implementing this feature.

Have you reviewed the documentation on the AUTOINC* parameters? If so, perhaps you could be more specific with your questions - the choice of which to use will vary depending on your environment, available resources (disk!) and growth requirements.
