Using Software API Gateway 10.11 commercial license.

I have a global policy configured to enable HTTP/HTTPS protocol as part of Transport.
In the API created, this global policy reflects but still when trying to save the API, it asks to have

Atleast one entry protocol policy should be available. Please add it and try again.

As already one of the policy has been added through global one as shown above, why still saving the API asks for one.
Please suggest.
