ASCII/EBCDIC conversion

I have text data in a ASCII format that needs to be converted into EBCDIC. Is there an easier way short of writing a Natural program - like a Natural Utility/API that will do this for me.

I would use UltraEdit as Utility beside of Natural SPoD. This Editor also could convert betwenn ASCII, EBCDIC, UTF-8, Unicode and some other codepages. It also have many nice other Features that would help to Code faster.
