Analytic Enginee is not started

Hi,

I setup environment successfully, but after that, analytic engine is not started…

it shutdown automatically and not able to connect.

in the logs, it showing the following errors,

Srinivas,

There might be two reasons for this

  1. There is a possibility that webm-cache-config.xml file got corrupted. If you have another working environment, try replacing this file in /optimize/analysis/conf/Caching/… Before placing this file, shutdown AE, replace this file, and start AE…

  2. Another possibility is, rules might have got corrupted as the error is as follows "Error creating bean with name ‘ruleInstanceStubLoader’ ".

Try replacing core.spring.xml file from backup if first point doesn’t help.
